Position Summary

Responsible for administration of academic records, student lifecycle management, and coordination of examinations in compliance with national regulatory bodies.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain student records, transcripts, and enrollment data.
  2. Coordinate admissions, registration, and graduation processes.
  3. Administer internal and national examinations (UAHPEB/UAPAB).
  4. Ensure examination integrity and secure handling of results.
  5. Support accreditation and regulatory inspections.
  6. Manage academic data systems and generate reports.
  7. Coordinate academic calendars and certification documentation.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Records Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in academic administration.

  • Ability to prepare structured lesson plans and teaching materials.
  • Student-centered approach and mentorship skills.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing the institution’s financial operations, including budgeting, fee administration, financial record-keeping, and ensuring accountability and compliance with financial policies to support efficient institutional operations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage student fee collection, receipting, and reconciliation of accounts.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records, cashbooks, and accounting documentation.
  3. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expenditure summaries for management review.g
  4. Monitor institutional income and expenditures to ensure proper financial control.
  5. Ensure compliance with institutional financial policies and Ugandan financial regulations.
  6. Coordinate payroll preparation in collaboration with the Human Resource Office.
  7. Manage procurement records and support financial planning processes.
  8. Support audits by preparing required financial documentation and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA Level II or equivalent) is an added advantage.li>
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
